If your order does not contain any personalised or custom items then your order will be under our Regular Order section.

Our parcels are delivered via Royal Mail or Evri and postage costs varies depending on the weight of items.

 

Regular orders will be posted out and be with you within 5 business days.

Custom* orders will be posted out and be with you within 10 business days.

Orders under 250g: £1.95

Items such as greeting cards, sheet masks and jewellery

Orders up to 2kg: £3.95

Items such as candles, reed diffusers, wax tarts and clothing

Orders over 2kg: £5.95

We are trying our best to work out the logistics to be able to post our items all over the world for you lot.

Returns

Our aim is to make you smile with the products you purchase from us but understand you may not want the goods so we accept returns up to 28 days after they are dispatched. All you have to do is fill out the form below, we aim to answer within 48 hours with the address you have to send it back to in the original packaging and a refund will be with you within 7 days.

Custom or personalised items are non-returnable however if there is a manufacturing issue fill in the form below and we will look into it.
